FIFA has published on July 10, 2023 the guide to submit claims before the FIFA Football Tribunal.

This document provides exhaustive information on the procedures and documents that the parties must take into account when filing a claim before the Football Court, and on the Legal Portal, the use of which has been mandatory since May 1.

This court, which is part of the broad process to modernize FIFA’s regulatory framework, consists of three bodies: the Dispute Resolution Chamber, the Player’s Statute Chamber and the Chamber of Agents, and began its activities on October 2021. The court encompasses FIFA’s decision-making bodies and facilitates the resolution of disputes among stakeholders from across the football industry, including member associations, clubs, players and coaches. In addition, it facilitates the processing of regulatory requests that are essential for the football family.
